our wooden houses

Foreword
sustainable

Our wooden houses may be chalets in mountains as well as paint houses in countryside or suburbs. They all benefit of solar panels, rain water treatment and waste-water treatment plant when necessary. There is a strong isolation of the roof (36cm) and the walls (20cm). They are airtight, hence requiring a ventilation sub-system. If there is enough interior space there is a hot bath (hot-tube) and a sauna. The later is equipped with a traditional heater. If you want an electric one, it is up to you to install it. There is a pellet heating system providing floor heating, hot sanitation water, bath water and ventilation warming (heat exchanger). If there is enough interior place, there is a fireplace stove. For the technical sub-systems local control see the [ smart section ]
